The five kinds of soy sauces are Koikuchi shoyu which comes under domestic production in 80% of the cases. It will come as a mixture of several tastes and several tastes include sweetness, refreshing acidity and bitterness. It will be mostly used as a general purpose sauce. At second, the sauce named Usukuchi Shoyu which will be available in light color. It will be available in 10% in domestic production. It uses 10 % salt than the soy sauce. Its fragrance will bring the original flavor of food. Third type is Tamari Shoyu and it has a unique fragrance. It is used in grilling, boiling in soy sauce and hence served as a table sauces.
